Hungary bans arms supplies to Ukraine through its territory

Viktor Orbán the Prime Minister of Hungary, has announced a decree banning the transfer of weapons from Ukraine to Ukraine.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the profile of the Hungarian Prime Minister on Facebook.

“This is a warning signal that military action is getting closer and closer to the territory of Hungary,” Orban said.

The head of government announced this decision following a meeting of the operational headquarters of national security. Orban also predicted an increase in the number of refugees from Ukraine and gave the task of preparing to help Ukrainians.

“We are trying to stop the war and start negotiations that will ensure peace,” Orban added.
