ICJ in The Hague: ‘Not proven that significant number of UNRWA staff are Hamas members’
The International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague stated that Israel is obligated to support the aid efforts provided by the UN in the Gaza Strip and its bodies, including UNRWA.
The 11 judges added that Israel has not substantiated its claims that a significant portion of UNRWA employees are ‘members of Hamas.’
