UAE President, US President Discuss Strategic Relations, Regional Developments
HH President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met Thursday with U.S. President Donald Trump to discuss strengthening strategic relations between the two countries and expanding cooperation across various fields to serve their mutual interests.
They also discussed several regional and international issues of mutual concern, with a focus on developments in the Middle East, including efforts to establish a ceasefire in Gaza and contain escalations that threaten regional security and stability.
During the meeting, held as part of Trump’s state visit to the UAE, both leaders explored avenues for enhancing collaboration, particularly in investment, advanced technology, and artificial intelligence.
