Dozens of Palestinians killed by Israeli forces in the Gaza Strip

Israeli forces intensified attacks across the Gaza Strip early Monday, killing and injuring dozens of Palestinians, including children, in renewed assaults by land, air, and sea.

In southern Gaza, three Palestinians were killed and at least 20 others injured while waiting for humanitarian aid near the Al-‘Alam area west of Rafah, where Israeli forces have previously targeted civilians gathering for food assistance.

Clashes and bombardments were also reported in eastern Gaza City, particularly in the neighborhoods of Al-Tuffah, Al-Zaytoun, and Al-Shuja’iya, as well as in areas surrounding Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, where artillery and sniper fire caused several injuries.

Further north, ten civilians were wounded as Israeli forces opened fire on crowds waiting for aid distribution west of Beit Lahia, amid ongoing heavy shelling of the area’s northwestern outskirts.

The death toll from the Israeli aggression has risen to 55,362 martyrs and 128,741 injuries since October 7, 2023, while the casualties since March 18, 2025, alone have reached 5,071 martyrs and 16,700 wounded, according to the Gaza Health Ministry’s daily report.

Over the past 24 hours, hospitals have received 26 martyrs and more than 117 injured from aid distribution areas, bringing the total number of casualties from food aid lines to over 300 martyrs and 2,649 injured since the start of the targeting of humanitarian assistance points.

According to the report, over the past 24 hours, Gaza hospitals have received 65 martyrs, including 8 recovered bodies, along with 315 injured victims, while numerous others remain trapped under rubble or stranded in the streets, inaccessible to ambulance crews and civil defense teams due to ongoing challenges.

One of the most disturbing trends in recent weeks has been the targeting of aid seekers, with over 150 Palestinians killed since May 27, 2025, at distribution points established under the controversial mechanism led by the Israeli-American Gaza Relief Foundation, which has been rejected by the United Nations.
