Russia security thwarted an ISIS terror attack in Moscow

Russia’s Federal Safety Service mentioned on Wednesday it had thwarted “terror” assaults deliberate by ISIS within the Moscow area, uncovering and breaking apart a militant cell, the RIA information company mentioned.

Safety officers detained one individual and seized a home-made bomb, the FSB was quoted as saying.
