Iraqi demonstrators filled the streets of Baghdad on Friday to take part in a “million-man march” calling for the US to end its military presence in Iraq.
The march comes in the aftermath of the US assassination of former IRGC Quds Force commander Qasem Soleimani and deputy of the Popular Moblization Forces (PMF) Shi’ite militia Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis earlier this month in Baghdad.
